      This 2-day highly interactive workshop demonstrates how Lean Kanban helps teams, leaders and managers deliver quality services, faster, more reliably, and with better predictability. Whether you're currently using Scrum, Waterfall or another framework or method, this highly interactive and engaging course will help you learn how to put into practice the Kanban Method for dealing with the challenges of overburdening, delays, bottlenecks, poor quality, disruption through unplanned work and emergencies, unhappy customers, and more. You will be guided by your LKU Accredited Kanban Trainer James Enock through the fundamentals of Lean Kanban and how you can apply Lean Kanban Method within your organisation to visualise your demand, your workflow, and your flow efficiency. You will learn how to use this information to carry out purposeful change and improve your service delivery. In addition to becoming a member of LKU you can earn education units with both The Scrum Alliance and The Project Management Institute: Scrum Alliance: 16 Scrum Educational Units (SEUs) towards your CSP (Certified Scrum Professional) Project Management Institute (PMI): 16 PDUs (Professional Development Units). Who Should Attend Kanban works across multiple functions of an organisation, from senior members of staff looking to adopt Lean Management to members of delivery teams wanting to improve their working practices. Previous KMP I attendees have been in roles such as: Developer & Tester Agile Coach, ScrumMaster, Change Agent Manager Programme and Project Managers Product Manager, Product Owner & Business Analyst Other roles such as HR, Finance, Audit, Legal, and Tax professional Cancellation & Refund Policy 100% refund if you cancel your place more than 15 working days before the event.
