      This Tai Chi class will help you improve balance by strengthening muscles and co-ordination.  Tai Chi also offers plenty of other benefits. Recent studies have found that the slow, graceful exercise, which originated centuries ago as a martial art, can reduce stress and offer arthritis pain relief.No experience is necessary to join this weekly practice led by local life coach and personal trainer Scott Graham of West Fairlee.  Come when you can, as you can to experience the benefits of Tai Chi!
