      ATHENS - Fiscal Classic State Software Calendar Year-End Meeting

      This event is available to META Solutions member schools only.  Join us in the META Athens Office training room for the Classic State Software Calendar Year-End Meeting. We will review the USAS and USPS checklists and other supporting documents.  A webinar option is available if you are unable to attend in person. Please register individually.  For the webinar we will be using WEBEX Training session. This is a little different from what we used previously and hopefully will be much easier. Keep in mind that you will not be able to connect to the meeting until the presenter starts the webinar so we will do our best to start the webinar and begin sound-checks by 8:30 am. ------------------------------------------------------- To join the training session ------------------------------------------------------- 1. Go to 2. Enter your name and email address. 3. Enter the session password: vr3hwFRM (this should already be populated for you) 4. Click "Join Now". 5. Follow the instructions that appear on your screen to connect to audio. If the "join session now" boxes are grayed out when you get to the webex page, click the browser refresh button until they become available. You will then be able to enter you name and email address and the join now button should then be available to select. Do NOT select the Sign In button.  Here are some additional tips that should make the WebEx experience much easier and enjoyable for everyone involved: - We recommend you connect to the WebEx session early in case your browser needs to have a plug-in/add-on program installed to run it.  - When you login to a WebEx session please enter your full name and if possible your school district name as well, if it will fit. - For the Audio, once you connect to the meeting you will have the option to select audio by phone or computer.   - We will setup the session to automatically mute your microphone (not your speakers), please only unmute if you would like to ask a question through audio. - Please do not put your phone on hold while you are on the webinar. In the event your microphone is unmuted, we will all get to hear elevator music. - Use the chat box to send questions and when doing so make sure you select to send it to host, presenter, and panelists. This will ensure that we see your question as the host and presenter will not always see messages sent directly to them. We will have someone on our team monitoring the chat box for questions during the meeting.
