All done with a blender and a nut milk bag. During the holiday season, we're sure to be doing a lot of overeating. So learn some ways to get in the greens and eat lighter on the days in between the visiting and the holiday gorging! Plus every parent wants their kids to eat their veggies. Here's a way you can begin TODAY! Cost: $7 for members and $9 for non-members. Pre-registration is necessary.
