Overall theme for the series "The truth that makes men free is for the most part the truth which men prefer not to hear." Herbert Agar Do you dare to know the truth about yourself and others? When you commit yourself to knowing the truth, you begin to be able to create your life the way you want. And you begin to understand and make peace with the things in your life that aren't yet the way you would like. Pursuing the truth takes a lot of courage and humility, but if you are willing, the peace and satisfaction you achieve is enormous. When some aspect of your life is not to your satisfaction, discover the truth about why and you can heal it. This class will introduce you to tools to help you on that journey. Tonight's topic is tentatively: Learn to treat yourself with love. But check back a day or two before the class to see if it's changed. We need to treat ourselves with respect and love before we can truly receive it from the other. This class will explore how you may not be doing that and give you tools to change. This is a free class (donations gratefully accepted) but reservations are required no later than noon. The class is held regularly on the 2nd & 4th Wednesdays of the month. Please note that there is a common practice here at Meetup to inflate the early registrations because most people are unwilling to be among the first to sign up. That is not in truth so I don't do that. I encourage you, if you are called to this class, to sign up even though not many others are registered. Trust that just the right people will be present whether it's one other or 10 others. Besides, people sometimes register directly with me rather than through Meetup. It helps me to plan the class to know who and how many will attend. Please register only if you plan to attend & if you find you can't make it, please cancel here or call. You may also register as a "maybe" but please change that as soon as you know for certain. You may also register by calling (845.679.8989). If you leave a message, make sure to leave your name, phone number and a few good times to return your call and I'll try to accomodate. I look forward to seeing you Wednesday evening.
