Half marathon runners training

Incline training is supposed to shave seconds off your finish time and increase overall running endurance. Join me on a sunday morning to run ( or walk) an inclined section of South Mountain reservation near downtown Millburn. The rocky, hilly section eventually gives way to a nice, level jogging path with scenic views with the option to do more running/hike. Will give exact meeting place instructions closer to the date.
