Walk N Roll meets from 9-10:00 am at the potomac Mills Mall inside the mall entrance located next to Costco. We warm up in the area in front of Old Navy and take off from there! Wear workout clothes, sneakers, and be prepared to sweat! A water bottle and mat or towel is also recommended.
