Meeting Management: The Art of Making Meetings Work
Learn how to use meetings as a valuable management tool. This class covers preparation before the meetings, the role of the meeting chair and participants, and how to communicate effectively in meetings. Â

Steps to take to create an open and safe forum for discussion
Techniques for handling counterproductive behavior
Make decisions that can be sustained once the meeting is over
