The Centennial Concert Hall in Winnipeg first came into being in the 1960s as part of the Manitoba Centennial Centre which itself was built to mark Canada's milestone centenary. The venue occupies an impressive 253,000+ square feet, and boasts a seated capacity of 2,305.Today, the Centennial Concert Hall is the performing home of some of Canada's finest music and dance companies, including the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra, the Manitoba Opera, and the Royal Winnipeg Ballet.
