The Harbour Towne Fest Band performs at 3:30 at the 2009 ChowdaFest at 131. N. Front St, on the patio behind Fat Tony's. Playing at least 15 strong, this brass band plays everything from German oom pah music to polkas to Carolina Beach Music.
