Description
Back by popular demand the fermentation class will cover the basics as well as an exploration of saurkraut, kombucha and fermented dairy products. Fermentation helps to break food down so that is more digestible as well as rich in needed good bacteria and enzymes. This class will also provide a framework for upcoming sourdough making class and a home beer brewing class. Students will be provided with necessary starters for their own fermented foods.
