Tour this exhibition of Laylah Ali's critically acclaimed Greenheads series with Guest Curator and Senior Curator Emerita Deborah Rothschild. The Greenheads series, painted between 1996 and 2005, chronicle an often dystopian and regimented world inhabited by enigmatic, roundheaded figures. Dr. Rothschild will discuss Ali's painstaking working method, as well as her motivations as an artist, and consider the ways these compelling pictures, at once topical and timeless, invite viewer response.
