Description
Los Angeles native Jim Photoglo (pronounced PHOTO glow) has musically spanned four decades as both a songwriter and artist, bringing his unique creative voice to the R&B, Pop and Country arenas. He’ll bring his music to the Williamsburg Library Theatre on Friday, Nov. 13 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets for the concert are $12 for adults, $10 for Friends of WRL or students and $6 for those under 16. Jim Photoglo's career is as varied as it has been successful, but his love of songwriting and acoustic performing has remained closest to his heart. In Jim's early career he recorded two Top 30 hits, opened for The Beach Boys, and toured with such musical greats as Dan Fogelberg, Vince Gill, Nicolette Larson, Kathy Mattea and Wendy Waldman. He’s written songs recorded by Marty Robbins, The Everly Brothers, Brenda Lee, Dusty Springfield, Garth Brooks, Faith Hill, Travis Tritt, and Patty Loveless among others.
