On Grand Illumination weekend, Dec. 5-6, 2009, Master Craftsmen will exhibit at the Lexington George Washington Inn ballroom. Some in colonial costumes demonstrating their "traditional" crafts. Many of these artisans juried into the "Top Traditional Craftsmen in America" by Early American Life Magazine. There will be Collector & Gift quality wares for sale: Traditional Furniture & Accessories, Floorcloths, Weaving, Pewter, Historical Art, Santas, Ornaments, Fine Jewelry, Windsor Chairs, Theorems, Scherensnitte, Silhouettes, Fractures, Dolls, Folk Art, Sleigh Bells, Hooked Rugs, Redware Pottery, Chalkware, Walking Sticks, Fine Antiques & Vintage items offered as well, etc. Door prize. AAA discount. $1 of a regular $6 ticket will go to the Alzheimer's Assoc. Some of the finest artisans in our nation! More details on our website.
