This class will teach and demonstrate how to make healthy DELICIOUS Breakfasts, Lunches and DInner's using fresh seasonal Vegetables and Fruits. We will do LIVE Cooking demonstrations that teach how to "pick" out the right item, how to prep it and how to cook it. We will learn how to incorporate Vegetables into your daily routine without giving up function or flavor. We will learn to JUICE! How to make juices from the vast array of fresh seasonal fruits and Vegetables in our area. You can commit to a complete lifestyle change or just learn to cook and enjoy different types of vegetables and different cooking styles. This is NOT a VEGAN or VEGETARIAN class (not that there is anything wrong with that), this is a class on how to ENJOY the bountiful Harvest of the land! Confused about Organic, non Organic, whole foods, plant based and all the hot topic words out there.....relax, we will cover all that! So Bring a friend, an appetite and a desire to learn!
