Alicia has graciously added another time for us to take the Jazzercise class. The new time is at 7:30am on Saturdays. This is only during the 12-week's of the Weight Loss Challenge (September 12 - November 28th). After the challenge is over you can continue to attend the classes at a cost you can discuss with the instructor. WHAT IS JAZZERCISE Jazzercise is a fusion of the latest dance moves with the best of Pilates, a little kickboxing and some yoga technique for the best total body workout you will ever have! Classes are designed so that whether you are a beginner to fitness or a veteran exerciser, you will get a great workout and have a good time doing it!Increase your muscle tone, flexibility, balance, strength, and endurance using easy-to-follow movements. This class is 60 minutes. PLEASE NOTE: If you are doing the Weight Loss Challenge there is no charge to you. NOT DOING CHALLENGE, BUT WANT TO ATTEND EVENT: If you aren't participating in the Weight Loss Challenge, but would like to attend this event, there will be an $10.00 charge (cash only) per person (50% discount) to those people who aren't registered to participate in the Weight Loss Challenge.
