Glenlivet Single Malt Scotch Tasting and Seminar - On Wednesday, November 11, 2009 from 7:00-8:30 pm come learn about the particulars of Scotland's distinctive take on whisky with one of the oldest and most respected distillers of the brew in the Vintage Room.
Featuring a selection of years, food pairings and an expert, the session will be a chance to sample the changes that aging offers. Learn about the production, distillation and maturation process. Lead by a Scotch expert, the experience will explore products ages of 12, 15, 18 and 21 years.
