24 Day Challenge Meetup

I can be contacted @ any time to start a group or if you want to do this on an indiviual basis. Meetings will consist of introductions, an overview of the program, discussion, and a decision if this is the group for you or not. If you decide to join this group you will be asked, in confidence (it won't be shared with the group, unless you chose to), what your goals are and it is my job to help you acheive those goals. The idea of a challenge can mean you challenge yourself or you challenge a group, or several groups can challenge each other. I will be the keeper of the records pertaining to each person's goals and progress, at the end of the challenge you will get the tally of your results as to pounds, inches, and BMI. Challenge winners will be determined by highest total body fat percentage lost. Are you ready to find out more and get started ASAP? I'm sooo excited to get started, who will be the first to respond?
