Every week will feature a different ‘wine flight’ as well as a great array of exciting varietals from the best wine regions in the world, as presented by West Hollywood Wine Guru, Helena Centerwall. On June 8th the featured flight will be a trio of incredible rose’s; - Rattlesnake Rose, Sutton Cellars, Sonoma County, 2006 - Eye of the Toad, Toad Hollow, Rose of Pinot Noir, Sonoma County, 2007 - Schnaitmann Rosé Dry Evoé!, Württemberg, Germany 2007 which will be served with perfectly matched appetizers by Executive Chef, Christine Banta.
