Double Mtg: "Dreamhunter" & "New Moon" (come for one or both)

This time, we'll be doing things a bit differently. There will be two "sessions" of discussion. From 11:00 to 12:30 we will be discussing a new book: Dreamhunter by Elizabeth Knox. At the last meeting there was a request to try the idea of an "alternate" book, so I have chosen the shorter novel Pretty Dead by Francesca Lia Block. I will have read both and will be ready to discuss them. Dreamhunter --- "In a world where select people can enter "The Place" and find dreams of every kind to share with others for a fee, a fifteen-year-old girl is training to be a dreamhunter when her father disappears, leaving her to carry on his mysterious mission." [There is a sequel called Dreamquake if you love the first one.] The, from 12:30-2:00 p.m. we will revisit the author whose book kicked off the club: Stephenie Meyer. The second movie in the Twilight series is coming out this month (Nov. 20) an so we will be discussing the second book, New Moon. Come for just one session, or stay for both. Please try to be on time if you're coming for the earlier one, though. Plenty of parking behind Panera. We will meet outside, in the back.
