Join Ann Bradney, international mind/body practitioner, in this first of five interactive workshops in which participants learn about and practice "Radical Aliveness/Healing the BodyMind". The body is a brilliant diagnostic tool that can offer surprising information about our history, development, defenses, gifts, and potential. Learn to identify basic energetic patterns in your body that serve as a useful character map, with clues to where focused attention would be most beneficial. Learn some basic strategies for tapping your "BodyMind's" hidden wisdom and self-healing triggers. Prepare to be challenged, entertained, and surprised.
