Great Valley Adventure Boot Camp is a four week outdoor fitness program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training - packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight for the beach, shed the extra layer from the winter or just get fit before that special occasion, this is the program for you! What is the cost (investment in myself)? Each four-week boot camp in the Phoenixville Area includes a one-month membership to use the facilities and has a registration fee of $300 for 20 hours of instruction! That's just $15.00 per hour. Each four-week boot camp at West Goshen Community Park has a registration fee of $300 for 20 hours of instruction! That's just $15.00 per hour. (Please note that there is a $20 fee for Non-Residents) Where else can you get premiere or cutting edge fitness instruction for that incredible price? Personal trainers can typically charge $60 to $120 per hour for their services - this is a great opportunity to receive motivating fitness instruction by a certified personal trainer for just a fraction of the cost. Other options: You can also choose to come 3 or 4 days per week.
