Description
Location: Meet at the fountains in front of the Barnes and Noble Bookstore Time: 6:30 PM Course: Run on the Capital Crescent Trail across the street Distance: You decide the right distance for yourself -- the runners will talk together and split up into groups if needed. Pace: Run at a pace that is comfortable for you - again runners will talk together and split up into pace groups. Please take care of yourselves out there, be safe, hydrate and make sure you stop if you feel faint or dizzy. The leader or anyone associated with the DC Capital Striders is not responsible if anything should happen to you during a scheduled run.
