The Washington, D.C. Young Republicans November Meetup

Come out and meet your fellow young Republicans! (If you found us through Meetup.com, please mention this to our chairman during the happy hour that takes place before or after the meeting.) This month (October) we are moving back to Capitol Hill Club after a long absence. The Capitol Hill Club is located across the street from the Capitol South Metro (Orange/Blue line). We typically meet on the second Monday of the month, but because the 12th is a holiday this year, we are meeting one week earlier. We will be welcoming the following speaker: Scott Ward, President & General Counsel Republican State Leadership Committee (RSLC) www.rslc.com The Republican State Leadership Committee's mission is to elect more Republicans at the state level, including Attorneys General, Lieutenant Governors, Secretaries of State, and State Legislators. The RSLC is the largest caucus of Republican state leaders in the Country. Jillian Bandes of Townhall.com was our guest speaker for the August meeting. Our guest speaker for June was Curt Levey, Executive Director of the Committee for Justice (committeeonjustice.org). Our guest speakers for May was Angela Sailor, RNC Coalitions Director.... and Barbara Comstock Candidate, Virginia House of Delegates (34th District), former Department of Justice Spokeswoman and Romney for President Senior Advisor. April's topic concerned the Fairness Doctrine and we welcomed our speaker Mark Hyman, Sinclair Broadcast Group Inc. The guest speaker for the February meeting was Mario Lopez of the Hispanic Leadership Fund.
