You know- food, friends, waves crashing on the shore while we have music and a big campfire going on. Assateague is known for their horses roaming freely and white sandy beaches. Very pristine and beautiful out there. What's on the agenda; -camping out on Saturday night - grilling and cookout -canoeing and kayaking in the daytime, -saturday night campfire and cookout party Cost is $10. Group campsite accommodates 20 people max. They charge an entrance fee of $15 as well. Check in at the oceanside group campsite. There is only 1 group campsite. Carpooling options Please list if you can drive or wish to be driven and from where. Please list that in the comments box on the left hand side where it says, "talk about this meeting." Don't list it in the RSVP section as it'll be hard for people to respond to. As a courtesy, we only ask that you pay the driver a few dollars for gas money due rising gas prices nowadays.
