Saturday morning puppet show

Thank you, Lola, for the great idea! The Puppet Co. is a non-profit organization which creates puppet theatre, especially for children, as an art form synthesizing the visual and performing arts. Hand Puppets, rod puppets, body puppets, marionettes and shadow puppets are used in the fully staged productions of the stories, traditional and original, which comprise our ever-growing repertory. They have a series of shows designed for children ages 0-4. They are shorter, the lights stay on, the doors stay open and the show is set up on the floor! The theater is in Glen Echo park, which is perfect for MD, VA and DC mommies! The show on 11/14 is titled "Clowning Around." Tickets are $5 per person - so call 301-634-5380 to make your reservations in advance.
