Before the discussion and meditation starts, there will a 15min Yi Jin Jing (Tendon Changing) warm up exercise, followed by a brief Tai Chi's Harmonize Yin and Yang exercise. TUMMO Reiki is a technique for connecting yourself to the Divine Universal Energy for healing, opening your heart and attaining a higher consciousness. This is an enjoyable for both the receiver and channeler. Michael would like to perform TUMMO Reiki on a member during the meditation.
