Located behind Zetinya, Oya is an often-overlooked gem in the Penn Quarter dining-out scene. Although Oya has had more than a few chef changes over the last few years, the restaurant has really hit its stride blending elements of modern, French and Asian cuisine in creative and flavorful dishes. Check out the menu at www.oyadc.com. Even the wine selection is innovative offering a variety of choices including some delicious red wines from, of all places, Arizona! Besides the outstanding food, the space at Oya is modern, sleek and inviting punctuated by two glass enclosed gas fireplaces which glisten off the mostly white interior.
