Description
The Miss Black U.S.A. Scholarship Pageant is coming to DC! The pageant celebrates scholastic achievement and promotes education and leadership through scholarships to young women of color. The total woman is celebrated, mind, body and spirit.
Pageant week activities include preliminary competitions, VIP receptions, The Red Dress Party-promoting awareness of women’s heart disease and of course the crowning of Miss Black USA 2009.
