Marriott Ranch Horseback Riding & Picnic

If you are in town for Labor Day and looking for something fun to do - join Chase for our awesome trail horseback riding, picnic, and wine tasting in the Blue Ridge Foothills. Feel like you are getting away but less than an hour from D.C! HORSEBACK RIDING TIME: Arrive at 9:30am at the Marriott Ranch Trail Barn, get geared up, and go for a 90 min trail ride promptly at 10am. LUNCH: A very nice picnic lunch will be provided for you. Includes 2 grilled meats (vegetarian options as well), mixed green salad, 2 side dishes, dessert, sodas, and bottled water. PRICE: $90/PP for Horseback Riding & Lunch. PAID: (Only 25 spots) 1. DIRECTIONS: FROM: Washington, D.C. 55 mi., Warrenton, Va. 22 mi., Washington, Va. 16 mi., Flint Hill, Va. 8 mi. From Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia Take Route 66 west approximately 40 miles to exit 27 (the second Marshall exit). Turn left at stop sign, crossing over Route 66. Make an immediate right on Route 647. Go 4 miles and turn right on Route 635 and proceed 7.6 miles to the main entrance of the ranch on the left. For Trail Riding continue 1.5 miles on Route 635 and turn right onto Route 726. The Trail Ride Barn is 1.5 miles on the right. From Richmond/Fredericksburg/Warrenton Take Interstate 95 North to Route 17 North and follow to Warrenton. Take 17 Business at Warrenton to Route 211 West for about 5 miles. Turn right onto Route 688 and follow for 12 miles. Turn left onto Route 635 and follow for 4 miles to the main entrance of the ranch on the left. For Trail Riding continue 1.5 miles and turn right onto Route 726. The Trail Ride Barn is 1.5 miles on the right. I hope to make it too if I am not working!! Happy Riding, Vanessa
