Emerson Arts Group: Short Story Writers' Workshop Meetup

Meet other local writers, practice writing exercises, and exchange feedback. Workshop is designed to benefit advanced and amateur writers alike. We will focus on short story writing. Participation in our workshop makes you eligible to submit work to be considered for the Emerson Short Story Writer of the Year award and its $1,000 reward. We will meet on Tuesdays, starting March 3rd between 7:30 and 9:30 at Emerson Preparatory which is located about a block off Dupont Circle at 1324 18th Street, NW. Classes are free and we will offer non-alcoholic beverages, wine and light snacks on the first night. You may have to b.y.o. refreshments in subsequent weeks!
