Dupont Circle Morning Run - All Paces Welcome

* New Winter Rules: Due to the cold we will no longer have a five (5) minute grace period for latecomers / no-shows... We will leave promptly at 6:30. many thanks. * Join us Tuesday and Thursday mornings at the Dupont Circle Fountain! We usually run five miles and we always finish back in Dupont Circle. We have four primary routes (click for map): 1. Massachusetts Ave. 2. Rock Creek Park 3. The Mall 4. Bridges You can run at whatever pace you wish ÂÂ- anyone, at any speed, is welcome. We have folks who run like the wind and others who only recently took up running. When you RSVP, please indicate your normal running pace. Finally, please be on time. We start at 6:30 so we can all get to work / classes at a decent hour. See you soon...
