Description
The Culture at Home Summer Writing Camp is designed to encourage students to be more confident in their writing and explore new writing styles. They will also practice collaborative learning skills and explore museums and their place in the community in a fun and nurturing environment. Organized by ‘Pier Penic of Culture at Home', this program is ideal for any budding writer in grades 5-8, including homeschool students. Please note, students must bring a bag lunch made from non-perishable foods. Pre-registration is required, please email education@historydc.org or call 202-383-1830 with the name, age, and grade of the student and a telephone number where you can be reached. (Grades 5-8) Limit 25 students. FREE
