Columbia Heights/Adams Morgan Wed. Morning Run: ALL PACES Welcome

I'm Brian and I'm here to tell you, you're perfect just the way you are. But if you feel like losing a few pounds, gettin' healthier, and making some good friends in the process...then this run is perfect for you. Join us every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to take a jaunt through Rock Creek Park, Adams Morgan, and Columbia Heights. We encourage runners of all paces to join us. The runs are usually ~45 minutes, but we adjust the routes to accommodate your abilities. Please be on time, we start immediately at 6:30am so we can all get to work/school/whatever on time.
