Description
I'm Brian and I'm here to tell you, you're perfect just the way you are. But if you feel like losing a few pounds, gettin' healthier, and making some good friends in the process...then this run is perfect for you. Join us every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to take a jaunt through Rock Creek Park, Adams Morgan, and Columbia Heights. We run about 4 to 6 miles at 8 1/2 to 9 1/2 minutes per mile. The course will be determined by the group as well as pace and distance.
