Those thanksgiving pounds are not forgiving pounds...I'm still working to get rid of them. I can use all the motivation I can get. Come join our run and see me transform myself into a lean, mean, running machine. Join us every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to take a jaunt through Rock Creek Park, Adams Morgan, and Columbia Heights. We run about 4 to 6 miles at 8 1/2 to 9 1/2 minutes per mile. The course will be determined by the group as well as pace and distance. See you soon! -Brian
