Thanksgiving is right around the corner, and I know this turkey (me) wants to shed some weight so he can 'stuff' himself. Come on, that was funny!!! Help motivate me as I prepared for turkey day. Join us every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to take a jaunt through Rock Creek Park, Adams Morgan, and Columbia Heights. We run about 4 to 6 miles at 8 1/2 to 9 1/2 minutes per mile. The course will be determined by the group as well as pace and distance. See you soon! -Brian
