Description
Summer's here, and that means beach season is upon us. Give yourself the gift of nicely toned calves and thighs that will get you noticed! Join us every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to take a jaunt through Rock Creek Park, Adams Morgan, and Columbia Heights. We run about 4 to 6 miles at 8 1/2 to 9 1/2 minutes per mile. The course will be determined by the group as well as pace and distance. See you soon! -Brian
