After December 29th Bus Ticket is $165.00 per person 1st come 1st serve or until seats sell out. HURRY SEATS ARE SELLING FAST!!  We have 30 Seats left on deluxe motorcoach available for our trip –

Departing from  Sam’s Club parking lot, 1-85 & Clairmont Rd, Atlanta, GA on 1/19/09 between 2:00  - 3:00 a.m. arrive Richmond around 12:00 noon.
Refund Policy:
**If trip is canceled by us for any reason a full refund will be given**
**Deposits and paid trips are fully refundable if canceled by January 5, 2009, or three weeks prior to departure.  if canceled anytime after that there will be a $100 nonrefundable cancellation fee**


HOTEL :  Payment for the hotel is your responsibility and will need to be guaranteed directly with  hotel and paid at check-in.  (Contact Betty for the Group Block Code for discounted rates)
Wyndham Richmond Airport Hotel - Telephone: 804-226-4300  Rate cutoff date Dec. 16th  - Room Rate: $139 (+13% tax), until Dec. 16th.  (contact Betty for extended deadlines)

On 1/20/2009 Bus departs hotel early around 5:00 - 6:00 am arrive DC RFK Reserved parking lot, where continously shuttle service will transport to National Mall area.
