The Asian Festival in Reston, Virginia presents unique music, cultural performances, food, beauty pageants, fashion, handicrafts, gifts, and other products and various entertainment of Asia - Chinese Martial Arts & traditional performing arts, Laotian-American Folk Dances and more!! This year's Festival will showcase India, celebrating and exploring the diverse Indian Culture by presenting authentic regional foods, arts, crafts and entertainments including the ever exciting Bollywood and Bhangra dancing, and more!! Group Activity Contribution Fee - $1.00 per Person/Event (including Organizer & Guests) The accumulated fund will be used for any necessary group activity-related expenses, and the administration fees payable to Meetup.com (a for-profit entity) for keeping our group on an ACTIVE status!! Our Organizer is NOT compensated for her voluntary services dedicated to our group. 2. "YES" RSVPs - Confirmation Requirement - By MIDNIGHT BEFORE the day of the event for a head count!! If you are NOT 100% sure of your attendance after RSVPed "Yes", please change your RSVP to "No" by the deadline to give other members opportunities to sign up. A change to RSVP "No" AFTER MIDNIGHT is considered a "LATE CANCELLATION". To confirm, simply do the following: 1) After signing in, go to the Event Web Page 2) Click on "Change Your RSVP" 3) In the Box under "Edit Your Comments" section, type "Confirmed" 4) Click "Update". 3.
