(All Ages) Fri-Sun: Capture the Flag at Log Cabin in West Virginia! -$225

PLEASE NOTE: IF WE DON'T HAVE AT LEAST 3/4 OF THE MAX. NUMBER OF ATTENDEES BY THE "RSVP UNTIL" DATE, THE EVENT WILL BE CANCELED AND ANY DEPOSIT/PAYMENTS FULLY REFUNDED. We'll rent out a big log cabin in West Virginia and: Friday night: arrival at the cabin, meet the others over beer and BBQ! Saturday: 8am: morning hike (optional, as with everything else) 12pm: lunch at the cabin 2pm: capture the flag in the woods! YESSS. 6pm: board games, poker, more beer, more bbq'ing 9pm: bonfire! s'mores! a hot tub probably! Sunday: 9:30am: breakfast at the cabin 12pm: check-out, exchange digits with your new buddies, head home Price: $225 Includes: - 2 nights in log cabin in WVA - Friday and Saturday dinner - Saturday lunch - Saturday and Sunday breakfast - all beer/wine - awesome game of capture the flag, cards, bonfire, and s'mores. Does not include: transportation to the cabin, though we should be able to coordinate some sort of shared transportation with the other travelers. This event requires a $100 deposit so I can reserve the cabin and not have to personally pay the price of any no-shows. The deposit will be deducted from the total price when you pay the balance. Full payment is required seven days ahead of the trip!!
