Adams Morgan Community Association Meeting

The Adams Morgan Community Association (AMCA) will bring Adams Morgan residents together with Adams Morgan businesses and others who share an interest in the quality of life throughout our community. We recognize that in order to succeed, our membership must reflect the rich cultural, ethnic and economic diversity that makes Adams Morgan a special place to live and work. The association will promote and advocate solutions that serve the entire community’s best long-term interests.

Maintaining and enhancing the quality of life in Adams Morgan requires the constructive participation of every group and constituency in our neighborhood. Our association will therefore provide a welcome home for every person who shares that vision and will endeavor to serve as a forward-looking and positive force engendering harmony and constructive working relationships among all Adams Morgan constituencies. The association will also strive to mobilize our community to develop, advocate, and implement public policies, private initiatives and public-private partnerships that will make life in Adams Morgan a richer and more rewarding experience for all. Finally, the association will provide an environment in for the community to get to know each other and strengthen the ties needed to keep Adams Morgan moving ahead.
