A NOVEMBER TO REMEMBER

A black man pulling off the astonishing feat of rising to the presidency in a land riven by racism for more than two centuries, there was a sense of extraordinary release and even more extraordinary empowerment and celebration. Celebrating the Victory and History of the First Black President to the White House (President-Elect Barack Obama). Furthermore, as we are all aware this is an historic time in America and the World at large, not only regarding America's election of President-Elect Barack Obama as a new leadership, but for the level of economic challenges facing America and the Global Community alike. For these reasons One World International considers assigning this event also as a Charity Presidential Inaugural Ball to benefit the following groups: * MLK MEMORIAL FUND - this will engage the Alpha Frat- the largest and oldest AA Frat in the America who are heading up the MLK project * OBAMA SCHOOL IN GHANA/AFRICA - to assisting in their funding and on-going mission to educate the worlds children- we are one world, and we are our brothers keeper * DC PUBLIC SCHOOLS- because over 10 to perhaps 30 million dollars will exchange hands during this historic celebration, yet the schools in the host city are in great disrepair * HOMELESS CHARITY- millions of Americans are losing their homes due to foreclosure, job loss or loss of retirement funds, forcing families to live in tents, shelters and the like - giving up on the American dream * DISABLED VETERANS OF AMERICA-assisting veterans who are now disabled due to the service they gave to their country The November to Remember Day would be honored on the First Saturday of every November and is meant to be acknowledged annually by the Black Heritage and lovers of Black Heritage around the Globe, to help Keep the wonderful DREAM Alive and the Unique HISTORY Thriving, whiles we support the Agenda For Global Change/Development throughout and after the Ruling Term of President Barack Obama. November to Remember Day of keeping the Dream Alive and the History Thriving would be recognized globally with a Hand Shake leading to Humanitarian Services bringing about Unity, Peace and the Development of Mankind. SLOGAN: Goes: Keep The Dream Alive!!!!! Response: Keep The History Thriving!!!!! Activities would include: Shaking Hands to break Barriers Reaching out to the Poor/Needy Visiting an Orphanage Home, Hospital, etc A November to Remember Vacation trips/tours and many other Humanitarian contributions. The November To Remember event would be officially launched in Washington DC a day before the BIG EVENT and is expected to be witnessed by Ghana/Africa Diplomatic Corps across the United States, Leaders/officials around the globe, Notable Personalities, Public Figures, Obama Supporters/Representatives and hopefully President-elect Barack Obama with his Diplomatic delegation. The launch is to kick-start the November to Remember's publicity drive on National/Global orientation. It is also to rejuvenate a United Spirit and a Humanitarian attitude as part of Obama's Impressive Victory in all People around the globe.
