Just think a full week of unforgettable skiing at world renouned Vail Resort. Vail is consistently ranked, raved, and revered as the epicenter of skiing and snowboarding in North America. Spanning more than seven miles with over 5200 acres of multi-faceted terrain, there really is no comparison. As part of our group you will experience a massive network of trails and high-speed lifts, Blue Sky Basin's rugged terrain and the famous Back Bowls. Vail's charming pedestrian villages have an incredible array of dining options, galleries, boutiques and night clubs. Both Vail Village and Lionshead offer plenty of ways to keep busy off the slopes, and free shuttle service makes it easy to get around. Another fun activity is Adventure Ridge atop Vail Mountain offering such snow-biking, sledding, tubing, snowshoeing, etc. We are staying Vail Spa which is conveniently located in Lionshead just a short walk to the Eagle Bahn Gondola. The Condo features indoor and outdoor heated pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs exercise room, steamroom, fully-equipped kitchens, fireplaces, washer/dryers, ski lockers, concierge service and a 24 hour front desk. The free shuttle stop is directly across the street from the property's front door. This has all of the makings for a fantastic trip and all we need is for you to sign up. Trip Includes: Round trip air,Dulles International airport to Denver on United Airlines. Round trip ground transferr on Arrow Stage Lines to Vail Village. 7 nights double occupancy lodging at Vail Spa Condos which includes baggage handeling. 5 of 8 day ski pass that is good at any Vail Resorts properties and several parties for the group. Cost (per person): $1,633 plus any additional flight/fuel surcharge. SCWDC (Ski Club of Washington, DC) and BRSC (Blue Ridge Ski Council) members will be refunded the $45 non-member fee upon membership verification. Or the $45 can be used to pay for a one-year single membership to SCWDC (Ski Club of Washington, DC). Cancellation Fees/Policy: Through November 6, 2008, a $40 cancellation fee is assessed. After November 6, 2008, $40 plus all unrecoverable expenses if a replacement is not found. All cancellations must be in writing. A person who cancels after November 6, 2008 may be replaced only if the trip is full and after full payment is received from a replacement. If the price of the trip increases by more than 5% of its original published price (excluding flight/fuel surcharges), a participant may cancel without incurring the cancellation fee by giving written notice prior to November 6, 2008.
