Each week of the Weight Loss Challenge we talk about a different topic relating to weight loss and wellness. There are weekly prizes and lots of encouragement to help you make progress toward your goal. At the end cash prizes are awarded to the top 3 people losing the highest percentage of body weight. The biggest inch loser (who is not among the top weight losers) also wins cash. We aim to keep the weekly meetings fun and upbeat. It's a very supportive atmosphere. Come join us for the fun and results-oriented group.
