Margaret Moore, CEO of Wellcoaches will speak about the role of the "Wellcoach®" in using coaching psychology and technology to collaborate with patients and help them manage their weight, eating, and mental and emotional fitness.
Over the past few years, Margaret has learned first hand about defining a successful model, scaling technology and processes and engaging consumers on an ongoing basis.She has formed valuable partnerships to provide certified coaches to consumers both directly and through employers.
Margaret will lead a panel of Wellcoaches who will share their experiences including their techniques to drive behavior change and bumps along the road.

Speaker:Margaret Moore (Coach Meg) is the Founder and CEO of Wellcoaches Corporation, which is dedicated to setting the gold standard for professional coaches in healthcare in partnership with Wellcoaches shareholder, the American College of Sports Medicine. Wellcoaches now trains 1,000 coaches per year and has established the industry-first coach certifications. Prior to Wellcoaches, Margaret spent seventeen years in the biotechnology industry in the UK, Canada, US, and France. She played senior roles at companies that are now divisions of SanofiAventis and AstraZeneca and was the CEO/COO of two biotechnology companies. To help expand the scientific foundation for coaching psychology, Margaret cofounded the Harvard Medical School Coaching Psychology Conference and the McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School Coaching & Positive Psychology Initiative, and is the lead author of the Lippincott Williams Wilkins Coaching Psychology Manual, the first coaching textbook in healthcare to be published in early 2009.
