Description
The Toning Circle is a unique experience where many voices come together to create powerful resonant harmony that raises the vibration of your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies. Through the simple act of sustaining sounds with your voice, you will cleanse and release age-old energy blockages and access new levels of health and spiritual growth. We will begin with simple breathing and vocal exercises to open your voice, and then move into the toning meditation where the healing sounds of crystal bowls are used to ground and sustain the energy. This is a participatory experience, so please bring your voice to share! Facilitated by Bradford "Awyn" Tilden. 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
