TANTRA CONNECTION: TANTRIC STUDY GROUP AND POTLUCK Meets once monthly on Fridays from 6:00-9:00PM 6:00 Food, Blessing & Potluck 7pm -9pm - Tantra Connection (Tantric Study Group) Bring a yummy dish and an open mind for deep community connection and fun. At 7:00 we'll create a sacred circle for the Tantra Group. Tantra Connection is an event where we gather, study tantra, the ancient high art form of conscious loving, learn how to run tantric energy, relax and connect with like-minded people. Please arrive on time. At 7pm we close the doors and create a sacred circle with an invocation, intros, confidentiality pledge and ice-breakers. You proclaim your highest intentions, share your bottom lines. For every encounter we suggest, you may opt to observe, rather than participate. You can decline with no explanation. You may do every exercise by yourself or with your partner or mix and match to get to know more people. You choose. Tantra Connection: Tantric Study Group is a beginnerÂÂ's tantra group where we focus on white and pink tantra. Here we do beginnerÂÂ'sC level exercisesÂÂ-communications, energy, breathwork, chakras, meditation, pujas (sacred ceremonies) and touch on the pink tantra (talking about sexual aspects). There will be no nudity in this group. Red tantra, the more advanced level tantra, will only be available in private sessions or in other more advanced groups which may evolve out of this group. TO PREPARE Wear what accentuates your beauty and enhances your confidence. Bring back jackets (if you have them), pillows, towel and water, as well as delicious goodies and drinks to share at our potluck and snacks for after the meeting. A TANTRA STUDY GROUP? Sasha: Aloha, I'm Dr. Sasha Lessin, Dean of the School of Tantra here on Maui. With my wife and beloved partner, Janet Kira Lessin, Professor of Tantric Studies, we facilitate an ongoing tantra discussion and experiential class, entitled TANTRA CONNECTION: TANTRIC STUDY GROUP beginning Friday, October 23, 2009. The following are samples of some of the things we'll discuss in this group. Other subjects and options may be introduced by the Members. We rotate our meeting location and will meet at our Member's homes and other locations as they become available. This is a beginner's group. There's no nudity or sexuality in this class. If you wish to take advanced or private, they are available by appointment or at a later date. In this monthly group, we apply the most effective icebreakers (sensory awakening, brief encounters) , relating techniques (here..now, I...thou) , psychotechnologies (gestalt, voice dialogue, conscious communications, spark grouping, forum) and consciousness raising methods. We share All-Chakra Tantra, a system that clears you to experience oneness with all aspects of your being, your lovers, friends and the Universe. We teach you how to do this for yourself and how to do this for your lovers and those you choose to heal emotionally and sexually. We teach you, how to center yourself and activate the parts of you concerned your 7 CHAKRAS, your energy centers for vulnerability, sexuality, empowerment, love, communication, vision and spirituality and how to help your lovers and those you would assist to activate their Inner Children, Sensual Selves, Inner Hero, Romantic, Orator, Visionary, and God-Self. You'll get adapted techniques of Voice Dialogue, Gestalt Therapy, Pastlife Regression, operant conditioning, Fischer-Hoffman Process, Primal Therapy, Psychological Fitness Training, Client-Centered Counseling, Alchemical Hypnotherapy, Conscious Communication, Holotropic exploration and Spirit Releasement. * For the FIRST CHAKRA, associated with your perineum, we teach you how to evaluate how much to express or protect your Inner Child and support the vulnerability of your lovers and those you heal. We teach you how to stop reacting to others like their your father or mother and how to teach others to not treat lovers like dads or mothers. *For the SECOND CHAKRA, associated with genitals, you learn, if you or your lover's male, how to totally control ejaculation and ejaculate only as a conscious choice. If you or your lover's female, you learn how to have ejaculatory orgasmsÂÂ-wonderful ecstatic gushings of sacred healing fluid from the urethra at will, and how to use blockages of this delightful release as opportunities to reprogram limits to your sexual enjoyment. You learn here the physical manipulation and psychological rescripting you need to know reprogram and rewire within the vagina (We just teach this in the seminar, you practice on your own). We teach you how to process childhood, pastlife, cultural and religious scripts that impair your sexual pleasure. * For the THIRD CHAKRA, associated with your diaphragm, you learn how to take what's rightfully yours in sex, to maintain boundaries appropriate for you, how to be equally comfortable leading or following in your interactions with lovers. * For the FORTH CHAKRA, associated with the heart, we teach you how to both give and receive love you and your lovers can feel. *For the FIFTH CHAKRA, associated with the throat, we teach you how to center yourself between your communicator and the part of you that can express what's true, kind and helpful and the part that can maintain privacy and silence with those you love and serve. You learn how active listening, compassionate communication, and Imago work as well as sounding, chanting and singing can open your communication chakra and the orator, singer and listener in others. * For the SIXTH CHAKRA, associated with the brow and brain, we teach you how to expand your intuition, psychic abilities, intellectual clarity on the dynamics of your relationship. You learn how to analyze and free yourself from soured interaction by sharing your underlying vulnerabilities and developing the parts of you that your lovers exhibit but you can't stand or overly admire. You learn the system of Relationship Fitness and Dream Analysis, to guide you in improving your interaction, emotion, expression, clarity and communication. * For your SEVENTH CHAKRA, associated with your crown, the top of your head, we teach you how to transcend your separate self-sense and experience your oneness with your lovers and with all the loving connectedness in the universe. And we put it all together, teaching you how to selectively choose the degree of openness you wish with each chakra.
