Commit yourself to that New Year's Resolution this year and have fun doing it. Don't get bored with the same old workout each week.......ESTEEM Fitness offers many options for Getting Fit and Having Fun while doing it. ZUMBA fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that is sure to blow you away. Come join others just like you that are determined to follow through on their New Year's Resolution to lose weight and/or get in shape. Try it Thursday January 8th from 6:30-7:30pm.
