We will assess the level of participation and address any questions about the beginning of our group. We will have an open discussion regarding exercising with any of the various workout programs like P90X, Turbo Jam, Hip Hop Abs, Chalean Extreme, Slim in 6, 10 Minute Trainer, etc. Focusing on getting healthy and the brand new Beach Body home business model will be top priority. This is a rare opportunity to change and improve your life drastically. Frankly, if you can't do it here, I'm not sure there is anywhere else it can be done this effectively.
